What brings you in?
Jaw / TMJ tension
For clenching, jaw tightness, facial tension, and discomfort around the jaw.
Facial tightness and headaches
For tension around the forehead, eyes, jaw, neck, and head.
Stress held in the face
For people who carry stress through facial tension, shallow breathing, clenching, or difficulty relaxing.
Puffiness and tired facial appearance
For a face that feels heavy, tense, tired, or less open than usual.
What people usually come in for — and what they don't expect to get
Most people book with jaw tension, clenching, or stress in mind. What often surprises them is what it does for the face too — less puffiness, softer tension lines, a more rested look. No needles, no products, just hands-on work.
Jaw & TMJ Release
Focused massage around the jaw joint and chewing muscles to ease clenching, grinding, and that locked-up feeling — especially helpful if you carry stress in your jaw or wake up with headaches or a sore jaw.
Lymphatic Drainage
Slow, gentle strokes that support fluid movement in the face — helpful for puffiness, morning swelling, and that heavy look after a rough night or a stressful week.
Facial Muscle & Tension Release
Hands-on work through the muscles you use to smile, frown, squint, and concentrate all day. Most people don't realize how much tension builds up in the face until it's worked loose. This is what softens that heavy, tired look and eases lines caused by tension.
Scalp Massage
Releases tension that connects straight down into the face, jaw, and head — a lot of people carry more stress here than they realize.
Neck & Shoulder Work
These areas hold onto stress constantly, and that tightness often feeds straight into facial and jaw tension. Working through it here helps everything above let go too.
Deep Relaxation
Slow, steady touch that helps your whole body downshift — not just your face. Once you actually relax, the tension in your jaw, neck, and shoulders lets go with it. This is usually where the biggest results come from.

Every session is built around you — your jaw, your stress level, your tension, and how you're hoping to feel afterward.
Everyone holds tension differently — clenched jaws, tight foreheads, tense shoulders. It shows up in different places for different people, but almost always ends up in the face and neck. That's why the work is adjusted to you, not a fixed routine.
For many, it becomes something deeper — a chance to truly let go. You leave refreshed, reset, and better equipped for whatever the week brings.
Why this is not a standard facial massage
Michael Yanovski, RMT, has spent years specializing in facial massage — as a practitioner, and as the founder of Resonance Massage Arts Academy, where he now teaches facial massage internationally.
His approach comes from years of developing and refining this work, not from a standard spa sequence. It's built on detailed facial anatomy, tissue response, nervous-system relaxation, and precise manual technique. Rather than repeating the same routine on everyone, Michael blends multiple facial massage methods into a session shaped around the person in front of him.
The result can feel deeply meditative — but it remains precise, therapeutic work.
This is a good fit for anyone who wants facial massage that is both deeply relaxing and professionally exact.
